Like everything else in the economy, even the highest of high-end luxury real estate is feeling the impact of the coronavirus crisis.
“We took it off the market because of the virus. We thought it was a waste of time,” Beth Dickerson, the listing agent from Gibson Sotheby’s told Boston.com. “We’ll put it back on when the time is right.”
The 12,112-square-foot estate at 112 Woodland Road in Brookline was marked down to $33.9 after originally being listed for $39.5 million in August.
It sits on five acres adjacent to the nine-hole course at The Country Club and features a guest house (Antonio Brown may have stayed there, remember?), yoga studio, gym, wine room, three-car garage and a circular driveway that holds up to 20 vehicles.
