Pats-Jets practice participation/injury report: Brady and Gronk return

Share

FOXBORO -- The Patriots held a walkthrough on Thursday and had two of their top players back in action for it.

Both Tom Brady (left shoulder) and Rob Gronkowski (thigh) were listed as limited participants Thursday. Nate Solder, who missed Wednesday's practice for a non-injury related reason, was also back on the field and participating fully.

Eric Rowe (groin) missed practice yet again, and he is looking highly unlikely to play this weekend.

On the Jets end of things, they practiced for the second straight day without both running back Bilal Powll (calf) and defensive tackle Mohammad Wilkerson (shoulder/toe). Powell is the team's leading rusher, and Wilkerson -- who signed a five-year $86 million contract last offseason -- is second only to Leonard Williams in terms of snaps played by Jets defensive linemen this year.
