Patriots vs. Redskins analysis: Best, worst from New England's 33-7 win

The New England Patriots improved to 5-0 Sunday with a 33-7 road win over the Washington Redskins in Week 5.

The Patriots led 12-7 at halftime and gave up a season-high in sacks, but the defense once again rose to the occassion with a spectacular performance. New England has given up 10 or fewer points in four of its five games so far and the defense increased its league-leading totals in sacks, interceptions and takeaways.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady threw for 348 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. He also passed NFL legend Brett Favre to move into third place on the career passing yards leaderboard.
