It's that time of year again, folks: The New England Patriots' annual Super Bowl send-off rally is right around the corner.
The Patriots announced Thursday they'll host a rally on the Gillette Stadium field Sunday to give fans a chance to send their team off to their Super Bowl LIII matchup with the Los Angeles Rams in style.
The rally is free and open to the public and will feature "live music and entertainment" as well as fan giveaways.
The 98.5 The Sports Hub radio broadcast duo of Bob Socci and Scott Zolak will address the crowd, as will Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and the team's captains: quarterback Tom Brady, running back James White, special teamer Matthew Slater, center David Andrews and safeties Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung.
Gates to Patriot Place will open a 8 a.m. ET, and the event will run approximately two hours from 10 a.m. ET to noon, when buses will whisk the team off to T.F. Green Airport in Providence, R.I. for its flight down to Atlanta.
Sunday will mark New England's third consecutive send-off rally and fourth in the last five years, so the Patriots may have to deliver a surprise twist to keep things fresh.
