The New England Patriots are already preparing their roster for the 2021 NFL season.
The team announced Monday it signed 10 players to future contracts.
Here's the list of those players:
- Jake Dolegala, QB
- Kristian Wilkerson, WR
- Isaiah Zuber, WR
- Devin Smith, WR
- Ross Reynolds, OL
- Nick Thurman, DL
- Bill Murray, DL
- D'Angelo Ross, DB
- Roberto Aguayo, K
- Justin Rohrwasser, K
The two kickers listed, Aguayo and Rohrwasser, could get a chance to compete for the starting job in training camp if Nick Folk leaves the team via free agency. Folk was an accurate kicker (26-of-28 on field goals) for New England in the 2020 season and made two game-winning field goals. The Patriots used a 2020 fifth-round pick to draft Rohrwasser.

It's also notable the Patriots signed three wide receivers to future deals. Wide receiver is among the positions that the Patriots need to upgrade the most over the offseason.
