Patriots rookie LB Harvey Langi and wife injured in car accident


Patriots rookie linebacker Harvey Langi and his wife were involved in a car accident on Friday night in Foxboro.

Doug Kyed of NESN reported that Langi and his wife's injuries were considered "serious" but not life-threatening. The accident occurred on Fisher Street in Foxboro, about six miles from Gillette Stadium.

Langi, 25, an undrafted free agent from Brigham Young, had an impressive training camp to earn a spot on the roster. He has appeared in one game this season, the Week 2 victory over the Saints.
