Patriots QB Tom Brady teases better hats for regular season in Instagram post

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady arrived to Gillette Stadium in style for Thursday night's preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, and when it comes to his choice of hats, the best might be yet to come.

The 42-year-old quarterback walked into the stadium wearing a very fashionable hat, and Twitter immediately erupted with compliments and critiques. Even former Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker couldn't resist poking fun at Brady on Twitter.

Brady responded to the all of the debate over his hat by teasing in an Instagram post that even better ones could be coming once the regular season begins Sept. 8.

Week 1 will be a special night at Gillette Stadium. The Patriots will host the rival Pittsburgh Steelers, but before kickoff they will unveil their Super Bowl LIII championship banner during a pre-game ceremony. That's the kind of event that warrants a special hat, and we're sure Brady won't disappoint.
