Oklahoma vs. Texas live stream: Watch Big 12 championship game online

Oklahoma takes on its archrival Texas in the Big 12 Championship Game on Saturday, and a win for the Sooners would put them in a strong position to earn a College Football Playoff berth.

The Sooners are No. 5 in the latest CFP rankings, just below No. 4 Georgia. Georgia plays Alabama in the SEC Championship Game later on Saturday, and in the likely event the Crimson Tide beat the Bulldogs, a victory for Oklahoma should put them in the top four.

The New England Patriots have made a few recent draft picks from these schools. In 2015, the Pats took Texas defensive lineman Malcom Brown in the first round and Oklahoma defensive lineman Geneo Grissom in Round 3. Brown has played in 10 of New England's 11 games this season and has tallied 14 solo tackles. Grissom has played in just four games due to injury.

The Patriots also could look at Oklahoma wide receiver Marquise Brown as a potential first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. The talented Sooners wideout is projected to go late in the first round. Brown has 70 receptions for 1,264 yards and 10 touchdowns entering Saturday. He should be a critical component of Oklahoma's gameplan against Texas.
