NFL Twitter reacts to Patriots' awful Week 6 loss to Broncos

The New England Patriots have lost three of their last four games to fall under .500 at this stage of the season for the first time since 2002.

There wasn't much of anything to like from the Patriots offense in the team's 18-12 defeat to the Denver Broncos in Sunday afternoon's Week 6 game at Gillette Stadium.

This historic Patriots streak ended with loss to Broncos

New England didn't score a touchdown and tallied just 288 total yards. Veteran wide receiver Julian Edelman caught just two passes for eight yards, while 2019 first-round draft pick N'Keal Harry didn't haul in a single pass on only two targets. The tight ends also failed to make a meaningful impact. The Pats went 4-for-4 on third down and committed two turnovers as well.

The Patriots defense, to its credit, didn't play poorly. This unit forced three turnovers -- including two interceptions in the fourth quarter -- and didn't give up a touchdown.

Here's some notable Twitter reaction to the Patriots' lackluster effort performance against the Broncos.
