Judge rules all videos from spa in Robert Kraft case will remain sealed

After Florida Judge Leonard Hanser temporarily barred the release of surveillance footage of the prostitution sting involving Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Joseph Marx ruled Monday for all videos involved to remain sealed.

According to the Sun Sentinel, the ruling is not indefinite and the ruling is much to the dismay of numerous media outlets. The media coalition has the option to challenge Marx' ruling.

Marx decided to piggyback off of Hanser's ruling from last week, saying that keeping the videos sealed protect Kraft's right to a fair trial.

Kraft's trial has not yet been scheduled, but his attorneys are trying to keep the videos out of a potential trial, while The Boston Globe has said releasing such evidence to the media would routinely happen under Florida's public records law.
