When the offensive line came together last season it made a huge difference for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots offense.
Looking at rookie guards Tre' Jackson and Shaq Mason, Mike Giardi believes Jackson is considerably ahead of Shaq Mason at this time.
"Tre' Jackson, I think, is so much further along than Shaq Mason," said Giardi. "and that makes sense coming from a pro style offense of Florida State. He slots in nicely as the right guard. I think he'll start from Day one."
Though Tre' Jackson and Shaq Mason are in the mix, Giardi wants to see Ryan Wendell's veteran presence on the offensive line rather than throwing the two rookie guards in the fray early in the season.
