There’s a possibility Jimmy Garoppolo is the starting quarterback of the New England Patriots for at least one game this season, which means his progression is crucial.
Mike Flynn joined Arbella Early edition to give his impressions of Garoppolo’s game against the Green Bay Packers and thinks he looked better in the second half.
“He was more contained in the offense [in the second half], with a couple of good passes to [James White],” Flynn said. “Early in the game he tried to force the ball to [Josh] Boyce. That’s what hurt him.”
The Patriots play their second preseason game on Saturday against the New Orleans Saints.
