Tom Brady's jersey has been stolen... again. This time from the New England Patriots Hall of Fame.
A Rhode Island man visiting the HOF reportedly took the jersey off a display and walked out with it, according to the Associated Press. Zanini Cineus of Providence pled not guilty to a larceny charge Thursday and was freed on personal recognizance.
He didn't get far with the jersey valued at $10,000 as he was apprehended within the area of the Hall of Fame Thursday. Although the jersey is valued at a high price, the Patriots say it has never been worn in a game.
Brady's game-worn jerseys are a hot commodity. In 2017, his jersey was stolen by a reporter who illegally entered the locker room following New England's 34-28 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI.
The Pats QB is set to take the field against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday... as long as his jersey isn't stolen pregame.
