It looks like Tom Brady has put away his surfboard and is ready to get to work.
In a video the Patriots quarterback posted on Facebook on Thursday, he did his best Ron Burgundy impression, grabbed a conch shell and looked for Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Chris Hogan, Keshawn Martin, Nate Washington, Chris Harper and Aaron Dobson to come find him on the beach.
The caption to Brady's video read: "RECEIVERS...ASSEMBLE!!!"
Brady's horn blast didn't work quite as well as it did for Will Ferrell's character in the movie Anchorman, but maybe his teammates are just a little slower to respond than the Channel 4 news team.
Edelman responded with his own Facebook post that included Amendola.
The good news for Brady and his receivers is that they have plenty of time to hone their communication level between now and training camp. The Patriots offseason program begins on April 18.
