"Northeastern University Mens Basketball Head Coach Bill Coen hassigned a multi-year contract extension, Northeastern Athletics DirectorPeter Roby announced Monday. Coen recently finished his fourth seasonat the helm of the men's basketball program and sports a 66-62 recordand postseason appearances in each of the last two years. In 2009-10,he guided the Huskies to their first 20-win season and first NIT berthsince 2004-05 and was named the USBWA District I Coach of the Year."
