Marcus Smart did his best to masquerade as Steph Curry during the first half of the Boston Celtics' preseason game against the Orlando Magic.
Smart, the longest-tenured Celtic, was hot from 3-point land and went 4-of-6 from behind the arc in the first half of the game. One of Smart's buckets came late in the second half on a corner three.
On the play, Smart didn't even look to see if the ball went in, much like Curry does at times for the Golden State Warriors. Much like Curry's shots, Smart's 3-ball went in.
Here's a look at the play via the Celtics on NBC Sports Boston's official Twitter account.
This play would certainly make Curry jealous.
Smart's scoring outburst did a lot to propel the Celtics to an insurmountable 28-point halftime lead. If he can continue to drain 3-pointers in the regular season while still playing his aggressive defensive style, he will certainly be a major asset for the Celtics.
