Watch Kyrie Irving make young fan's night with gift of game-worn shoes

Kyrie Irving dropped a game-high eight assists Thursday night, but his best helper came after the final whistle.

Following the Boston Celtics' 128-100 rout of the New York Knicks at TD Garden, Irving spotted a young fan wearing his No. 11 jersey and gave him a special gift -- the shoes right off his feet.

Go to a Celtics game, leave with a pair of Irving's game-worn Nike Kyrie 5s: Not too shabby.

This isn't the first time Irving has given away his kicks after a game, but it's always great to see the reactions of the recipients -- especially those who don't know it's coming.

As for the C's fans concerned about that ice wrap on Kyrie's shoulder: The All-Star point guard believed he injured his AC joint on a "weird play" late in the fourth quarter but is hoping he's OK.
