Terry Rozier's perfect first half joins rare Celtics history

Terry Rozier scored the first eight Boston points, and 16 first-quarter points, in Wednesday night's contest with the Cleveland Cavaliers at TD Garden, part of a 22-point first half in which he went 8-for-8 from the floor.

In completing his perfect first-half effort, Scary Terry did something no Celtics player has done in nearly a decade, according to the Elias Sports Bureau:

Rozier's final shot of the first half, a three-pointer at the buzzer to end the second quarter, gave the Celtics a 15-point halftime lead after trailing the Cavs 39-38 with just under eight minutes to go in the half.
