Victor Oladipo left Wednesday night's game vs. the Raptors with a knee injury, and after being stretchered off the court, the team's worst fears were confirmed Thursday: he'll miss the rest of the season with a ruptured right quad.
The Pacers currently hold the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference, but this is the kind of blow that can derail what's been a promising season to this point. Oladipo averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game before Wednesday. Indiana's loss could be the Celtics' gain, as Boston sits 2.5 games behind the Pacers in the No. 5 seed.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Pacers All-Star's injury could be season-ending.
