Ordway: People want to play in Boston if you're winning

Free agency hasn't been a friend of the Boston Celtics for some time now

The 2015 offseason has been no different.

While some may think it's a knock on the city and the organization, Glenn Ordway believes it has more to do with the construction of the roster and where they could be in the next few years.

"It's got nothing to do with the city," said Ordway. "People will play here. You will get the best players to play here. In the 80's they had no trouble bringing players in. After they brought Ray Allen in, Kevin Garnett showed, they were able to get other players - really good bench players. People want to play here if you're winning."
