NBA L2M report reveals missed Stephen Curry travel late in Celtics-Warriors

The Golden State Warriors deserved to win Saturday night's showdown with the Boston Celtics at TD Garden, but the defending NBA champs got the benefit of a late non-call as well.

The league on Sunday released the last two-minute report from Warriors-Celtics, and it stated the referees missed a traveling violation on Warriors guard Stephen Curry after Golden State got a crucial rebound off a missed free throw by Draymond Green. The play came with less than 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

Check out a video of the play in the tweet below.

Green missed both free throws with the Warriors up 113-111, but he was able to get his own rebound and passed the ball to Curry, who was quickly fouled. He sunk both of his free throws to secure a 115-111 victory for Golden State.

The findings of this L2M report might frustrate Celtics fans, but it's just another reminder that the officials will not get every call right. Boston also could have avoided this situation entirely if it corralled the rebound.

The Celtics gave a valiant effort, but they made too many mistakes -- including six fourth-quarter turnovers -- when their margin for error was already razor thin.
