Giannis Antetokounmpo fulfilled his promise to the Milwaukee Bucks, and the NBA world is tipping its collective cap.
Antetokounmpo and the Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns in Game 6 of the 2021 NBA Finals on Tuesday to win the franchise's first championship since 1971. Giannis was brilliant in the series, averaging 32.5 points, 13.2 rebounds and five assists per game and dropping 50 points in Game 6 to earn NBA Finals MVP.

Plenty of NBA players tuned into Game 6, and Boston Celtics teammates Jaylen Brown and Al Horford were among those giving Antetokounmpo and the Bucks a shout-out after their victory.
Antetokounmpo now owns two NBA MVP trophies, and NBA Finals MVP award and a championship at age 26 -- in addition to the respect of the game's biggest stars. (Warning: One of the tweets contains NSFW language.)
The Celtics have the 13th-best odds to win the 2022 NBA title at 40/1, so they have plenty of motivation to reach the NBA mountaintop that Antetokounmpo's Bucks just summited.
