The Boston Celtics lost their second straight game Wednesday night as they were unable to complete the 23-point comeback vs. Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks.
Doncic continued his stellar season with 36 points on 11-for-15 shooting (7-for-11 from 3). Jalen Brunson and Kristaps Porzingis also did damage for the Mavs with 21 and 19 points respectively.
Not much went right offensively for the Celtics until it was too late, but Jaylen Brown was a bright spot in his return to the lineup with 24 points. Jayson Tatum added 25 points and nine rebounds. The C's struggled from 3 in this one as they shot only 23.4 percent from beyond the arc.
