Highlights: Brown, C's down Magic with red-hot 3-point shooting

The Boston Celtics finally snapped a three-game losing streak Sunday afternoon.

Against the Orlando Magic, the C's were largely dominant on the defensive side of the ball. They allowed 31 points in the first quarter but as the game went along, they pulled away from the Magic to win 112-96.

The Celtics got a terrific effort out of their starters on the front end of the back-to-back. They scored 97 of the 112 C's points and helped build a 20-point lead that the Magic couldn't overcome. As a result, Boston was able to sit their top players late in this game. Those few extra minutes of rest could prove critical with the second half of a back-to-back upcoming on Monday.

It also helped Boston's cause that they went 23-of-54 from deep on the day. Jaylen Brown was particularly good beyond the arc and had a career-high 10 3-point makes on 18 attempts. If the team can carry that long-range shooting over into their Monday night game against the Memphis Grizzlies, they should have a chance to win and improve to 22-21.

Here are the highlights from the Celtics' Sunday afternoon win.
