Grayson Allen ejected from Summer League vs Celtics after two flagrant fouls

Grayson Allen was causing problems on the court once again Thursday night against the Celtics, resulting in an ejection from Summer League action.

Allen, who had already received a technical foul in the first half of the Celtics-Grizzlies matchup in Las Vegas, committed two consecutive flagrant fouls on Grant Williams to get tossed.

The first came when Williams screened Allen on the left wing, Allen took exception to the screen and shoved/threw Williams to the ground.

One play later, it appeared Allen got upset at another Williams screen and smacked the Celtics forward in the back of the head "going for the ball."

Williams went back after Allen but was restrained by teammates and ultimately laughed off the former Blue Devil.

This isn't anything new for Allen. He built a reputation as a dirty player in college after multiple instances where he tripped opposing players during games. Nothing seems to have changed for the first round pick, who is on his second team in two years after being shipped from Utah in a package for Mike Conley.

Allen surely has some stuff to sort out if he's going to realize the potential of his skill set, but one thing's for sure. Going after the 6-7, 240-pound Williams isn't a great idea for anyone.
