Bill Hall has agreed to one-year, three million dollar contract with the Houston Astros according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports.
The deal would make Hall the starting second baseman for the club after spending the entire 2010 season as a utility player for the Boston Red Sox.
The 30-year-old hit .247 with 18 home runs and 46 RBI for Boston in 2010 after being acquired from the Seattle Mariners for first baseman Casey Kotchman.
